The French capital has captivated travelers for centuries with its stunning architecture, world-class museums, and rich history. Upon arrival at Charles de Gaulle Airport, meet your Tour Manager, who will guide you to your hotel and assist with the check-in process. As you drive towards your hotel, catch glimpses of Haussmannian boulevards, iconic landmarks, and the Seine River, setting the stage for the journey ahead.

After check-in, take some time to relax before heading to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

DAY 02 : PARIS SIGHTSEEING

A Journey Through History and Beauty

Morning: Guided City Tour of Paris

Begin the day with a comprehensive guided city tour, where an expert guide will unravel the history and significance of Paris’ architectural and cultural marvels. Drive past the Place Vendôme, known for its opulent jewelry boutiques, and Place de la Concorde, the largest square in Paris, once the site of dramatic events during the French Revolution. Marvel at the grandeur of the Champs-Élysées, the most famous avenue in the world, leading up to the Arc de Triomphe, a monument honoring Napoleon’s victories. Other highlights include the majestic Alexander Bridge, the Les Invalides complex (housing Napoleon’s tomb), and the Musée d’Orsay, a former railway station turned world-renowned art museum.

Stop at the Louvre Museum for a photo opportunity in front of the glass pyramid, a stunning contrast to the classical architecture of the former royal palace. While this tour does not include entry, the Louvre remains one of the most visited museums globally, housing masterpieces such as the Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo.

Afternoon: Eiffel Tower & Seine River Cruise

DAY 07 : JUNGFRAUJOCH

​PRICING

Price per guest is based on accommodation for two adults in a room.
Single travelers have to pay a $750 supplement to ensure a private room.

Children under 12 receive a 25% discount if an extra bed is required. If no extra bed is needed, the discount increases to 50%. Extra bed allocation depends on hotel policy, room availability, and the child's age.

FLIGHTS & TRANSFERS

Travelers are free to book their flights with any airline of their choice. Below are the recommended flight timings to avail complimentary airport transfers:

Paris (CDG Airport) – Arrival Transfer: To qualify for the complimentary transfer to the hotel, your flight should arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please note that there may be a waiting period of up to 2-3 hours in the arrival hall before the transfer departs.
Rome (FCO Airport) – Departure Transfer: The coach will drop passengers at the airport by 10:00 a.m.

For flights arriving or departing outside these recommended hours, travelers must arrange private transfers at their own expense. While private transfers can be booked for an additional fee, the company does not reimburse these costs.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking: A $250 deposit per guest is required to secure your spot on the tour. The remaining balance is due at least 50 days before departure.

Cancellation

- Changes or cancellations can be made for free up to 50 days before the tour.
- Cancellations within 50 days of departure are non-refundable.

Amendments: Once the booking is processed, no amendments are allowed. Any charges incurred as a result of a change will be guest's responsibility

Surcharge: Additional charges may apply for last-minute bookings or in cases where hotels are fully booked.

INR prices are indicative and based on prevailing exchange rates. Payments and invoicing in INR are handled by our exclusive travel partner in India, who determines final pricing and applicable taxes. The total price is subject to GST (5%) and TCS (5%) as per Indian tax laws.

TOUR GUIDELINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Things to Carry

Weather Essentials: Raincoat or umbrella (one per guest), weather-appropriate clothing, and comfortable walking shoes.

Travel Documents: Identification documents and tour voucher with essential contact numbers.

2. Contact & Travel Information

Tour Manager Details: Contact details will be provided one week before departure.

Luggage Allowance: One carry-on and one international-size suitcase per person to ensure comfort and space on the coach.

3. Accommodation Details

Hotel classifications reflect overall quality based on accommodation standards, facilities, and services. Ratings may vary by destination but aim to align with international standards.

Many hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning or fans.

Triple occupancy rooms are recommended for comfort but may not be larger than twin rooms.

Tap water in Europe and the UK is safe to drink, but hotels may charge for minibar items, including bottled water.

Most hotels provide a continental (cold) breakfast as standard.

Hotel pricing includes room rate, tax, and breakfast (if applicable). Guests must pay for any additional incidentals incurred during their stay.

Check-in/out times vary by hotel. Typically, rooms are available from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m, and check-out is required by 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

4. Room Information

A twin room may feature two permanent beds or a double bed with an additional rollaway or sofa bed.

Triple or quad occupancy is based on a double/twin room, with extra rollaway or sofa beds for the third and fourth guests.

5. Child Policy

Unless stated otherwise, child rates apply to one child (0-11 years old) sharing a room with two full-paying adults.

Family room pricing applies to two adults and two children, subject to availability.

6. Special Requests & Porterage

Requests for interconnecting or adjoining rooms should be made early. Availability is not guaranteed and is confirmed upon check-in.

Porterage is not included. Hotels in Europe and the UK do not offer free porterage services. Guests must arrange and pay for assistance at the bell desk, with rates varying by hotel.

7. Transportation & Airport Transfers

Coach Travel:

Air-conditioned coach with first-come, first-served seating.

Coaches operate for a maximum of 12 hours per day (08:00 – 21:00).

Driver meals and accommodation are provided, but tips are not included.

Coaches may have WC facilities, available only in emergencies.

Airport Transfers:

Shared transfers are available within a designated time window.

Private transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

8. Dining Arrangements

Lunches and dinners are provided at Indian restaurants with set menus (not buffet).

Packed meals may be provided in certain locations due to operational reasons.

9. Itinerary & Tour Modifications

The Tour Manager may adjust the itinerary based on weather, traffic, or safety considerations.

The tour operator reserves the right to revise or cancel a confirmed tour due to unavoidable circumstances. Alternative travel dates or options will be provided. If unsuitable, a refund (minus incurred costs) will be offered.

Accommodation and activities are subject to availability. The order of visits may vary due to operational needs.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds or reimbursements for unused or partially used services (e.g., missed meals or skipped excursions).

Sightseeing & Admissions:

Smaller groups may be merged with another group for certain activities or transfers.

Tour and ticket rates are subject to change based on availability and supplier surcharges.

11. Unexpected Changes & Delays

Hotel Changes: Hotels may be changed due to acts of God, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. A similar hotel will be arranged, but no monetary compensation will be provided.

Coach Breakdowns: In case of vehicle breakdowns, alternative arrangements will be made where possible, but no refunds will be issued.

Closed Attractions: If an attraction is closed, an alternative experience will be arranged where feasible.

12. Pricing & Personal Liability

Any increase in taxes, particularly in Europe, may result in price adjustments.

No refunds will be issued for unused services during the tour.

Personal Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their valuables throughout the tour. The operator is not liable for lost items or damages caused by guests to hotels, coaches, or other venues.

13. Travel Precautions & Accessibility

It is recommended to book flights with refundable fares and consider trip cancellation/interruption insurance.

Accessibility:

The tour does not support travelers requiring full-time wheelchair assistance.

Guests requiring wheelchair access should inform OpenWinds at least 3 weeks before departure.

14. Communication & Conduct

A valid roaming/WhatsApp number is required at booking for smooth transfers and communication.

Political and religious discussions during travel are discouraged to maintain a harmonious group environment.
